There are so many John Mayer songs that I could listen to over and over again without getting tired of them. I mean, the man is a lyrical genius. I'm so bummed that I didn't go to his most recent tour with Phillip Phillips. I bet it was amazing. If you had the pleasure of going, chances are I'm 100% jealous of you! I mean, must I explain why this is one of my favorite John Mayer songs? It's perfection from start to finish. It's just one of those feel-good songs that you wouldn't mind listening to day in and day out. The music video is even perfect. I dare you not to listen to this song and have it stuck in your head for the rest of the day.

2. Waiting on the World to Change

I absolutely LOVE this song! Countless people have covered this song but John's version has always been my favorite. The lyrics are beautiful and so is the music video. It'll never get old!

This song is definitely a crowd favorite. I'll just never get tired of the beautiful lyrics. That man sure knows how to write beautiful music, huh? Lyrical genius, I tell you! It's such a cute family-oriented song. I admire John for writing about things like this, things that truly matter.

7. Clarity

This is one of John's older songs. It's definitely an oldie, but a goodie. It's such a feel-good song and has such a mellow vibe to it. One of my favorite covers of this song is by Cameron Mitchell (contestant from season one of The Glee Project). If you haven't heard it, definitely check it out on YouTube. It's not like the original, but it's definitely worth listening to. I love that John's music is covered by so many artists.
