“if I Didn’t Know Better”

This is one of my favorite songs from Nashville. Clare Bowen and Sam Palladio are some of my favorite musicians from the show. Together, they have this sort of hauntingly beautiful sound. If this song sounds familiar to you, it’s because a song from The Civil Wars! The original version is great, but I love the Nashville version even more! Sam’s falsetto is everything.

2

“No One Will Ever Love You”

If you keep up with the show, you know about Rayna and Deacon’s past. I’m still waiting for them to finally just be together but hey, all in good time! I love this song because it really does describe their feelings toward each other. The lyrics are beautiful! This song is especially good to listen to if you feel this way about someone.

3

“Nothing in This World Will Ever Break My Heart Again”

If you’re looking for a good cry, listen to this song. It was the song featured in the season 2 finale and it was the perfect way to end the season. So much happens in this episode. Can you believe that it just gets crazier and crazier by the episode? I love Hayden Panettiere’s voice and the raw emotion that she shows in this video!

4

“Wrong Song”

This is such a girl-power song! In this Nashville clip, the two biggest women in Country music team up to put out this powerful song. If you’re going through a break up, this is a good song for you. It’ll motivate you to keep you being the strong woman that you are!

5

“a Life That’s Good”

This is such a sweet song. It’s sung by the adorable Lennon and Maisy Stella who play Maddie and Daphne Conrad. The lyrics are so beautiful and their harmonies sound great. The full version of the song is available on iTunes! I definitely recommend buying it, you won’t regret it!

“Change Your Mind”

Here’s another Gunnar/Scarlett song that’s really perfect. I love hearing them together! After this episode aired, I bought the song on iTunes and hadn’t stopped listening to it for weeks. This song is perfect to listen to if you’re ever in the situation where you want to be with someone, but know that you shouldn’t be. The lyrics are really touching and was this episode!

“Be My Girl”

Sam Palladio and Jonathan Jackson singing together? I can’t deal. The song’s super catchy and Chaley Rose (who plays Zoey) has such a beautiful voice too! I wish there was a longer version to listen to. However, that’s what the replay button is for, right? Click away!
