7 Songs from the Frozen Soundtrack That Are Always on Repeat ...

Vanessa

I think it's safe to say that I am obsessed with all the songs from the Frozen soundtrack. I just recently watched the movie for the first time a few days ago and all I could think was "what took me so long?" It's honestly one of the cutest movies I've seen in such a long time. Warning! If you intend on watching this movie, be prepared to have these songs stuck in your head for a very, very long time. If you've already watched the movie and are just as obsessed with the songs from the Frozen soundtrack as I am, let's see if your favorites are my favorites...

Do You Want to Build a Snowman

On iTunes: itunes.apple.com
This song hasn't left my head since I watched the movie. It's funny, sad, beautiful, and just perfect. It starts off with a young Anna asking her big sister to go out and play with her. It transitions to a tween Anna who tells her sister that "company is overdue". The sad part is when the song transitions to a grown up Anna - desperate to have her sister back. Argh this song is just amazing and will not leave your head. It's one of my favorite songs from the Frozen soundtrack!

For the First Time in Forever

On iTunes: itunes.apple.com
This song has such a feel-good vibe to it that you can't help but dance and sing along with it. P.S how amazing does Kristen Bell sound?! I was so mind-blown to find out that she did all the singing for her character - she's so talented! The lyrics to the song are silly but they're so cute! That's the best kind of song, right? My favorite lyric is, "I suddenly see him standing there - a beautiful stranger, tall and fair. I wanna shove some chocolate in my face!"

Love is an Open Door

On iTunes: itunes.apple.com
Did I already claim a favorite song? Because this is one of them too! It's actually one of my favorite scenes from the movie too. I always appreciate a cute musical scene from a prince and princess! This musical scene made me fall in love with Hans but then he had to go and be evil. Sigh. This song is so catchy though!

4

Let It Go

On iTunes: itunes.apple.com
"Let It Go" is Frozen's anthem and it's incredible. My little niece wants to jam out to the song every day and of course, I don't deny her that joy! There are two versions of the song. There's the version that Idina Menzel sings in the movie, and then there's the single version on the soundtrack that Demi Lovato sings. Both do an AMAZING job so I can't really choose a favorite. But I do love the lyrics!

5

In Summer

On iTunes: itunes.apple.com
Olaf is easily my favorite character of the movie! He's hilarious! This scene was just adorable - you gotta love a snowman who's in love with the idea of summer. I think his song was great and it's so catchy, too!

6

Fixer Upper

On iTunes: itunes.apple.com
This scene was too cute! Kristoff's family is eager to tell Anna that he's a fixer-upper but that she'll never find another like him. They were right about that!

7

Reindeers Are Better than People

On iTunes: itunes.apple.com
This song is really short but it's still SO good. Jonathan Groff (who voices the character of Kristoff) has the voice of an angel! All 50 seconds of this song are great.

Well, there you have it! I don't think I'll ever get enough of these songs. If you haven't watched Frozen yet, what are you doing with your life? If you're already a mega-fan of the movie, which song is your favorite?
