There are SO many talented UK artists that you should be listening to! They haven't really hit it big in the US yet but I have no doubt that their time is coming. After all, One Direction, The Vamps, Bastille (to name a few) all come from the UK and are becoming big names in the states! Check out some of the UK artists that I'm loving at the moment:

1. Amber Run
During a late night music-surfing on YouTube, I came across Amber Run's page. They've been around for a while, so for all you Amber Run fans, I'm sorry it took me this long to get into them! I heard "I Found" and was just blown away by the powerful message and vocals behind the song. Every song on their YouTube channel is great. They're just one of many UK artists you should be listening to!
2. Years & Years
After listening to their music, I don't even know how I lived without it. Years & Years are AWESOME! They haven't released a US single just yet, but hopefully, they will soon! They're actually going on tour with Clean Bandit and Sam Smith in the UK which I think is pretty amazing. I actually have to thank Vine for this discovery - I heard this song in the background of a clip, googled it, and have been obsessed with the band ever since.
Frequently asked questions
3. Racing Glaciers
After watching numerous Amber Run videos on YouTube, Racing Glaciers came up as a suggestion on the side bar. I clicked on it and am SO happy that I did! I love "First Light" and if the song sounds familiar to you, you probably heard it in the movie, Transformers. If you like this song, you'll love everything else they've put out.
4. Daughter
Daughter is an incredibly talented indie folk band from England. I actually heard them for the first time while on the Songza app and I've loved them ever since. My favorites from them are "Youth" and "Landfill". Are you a Daughter fan?
5. Wolf Alice
Wolf Alice are a four-piece alternative rock band from North London, consisting of Ellie Rowsell, Joel Amey, Joff Oddie and Theo Ellis! They're super cool and edgy - I love their sound!
6. Tom Odell
At only 23 years old, Tom's got a lot of soul. He has such a hauntingly beautiful voice, it's one I could listen to all day long. I actually got the chance to see him perform live in New York last year and it was such a cool experience. He made a sold out venue feel like it was an intimate performance! I have no doubt he's going to become even bigger here in the US with time.
7. Ella Eyre
I first discovered Ella's AMAZING vocals when she sang "Waiting All Night" with Rudimental. I was blown away by her powerful lungs and was quick to watch every other performance I could find of hers. She's only performed in the US a few times but I'm really hoping I get to see her next time she's in NYC. Also, she's got awesome hair (I'm way jealous).
Well, there you have it. These are just seven out of many incredibly talented UK artists you can listen to! Keep in mind that there is SO much music out there which means I probably haven't even heard half of the UK talent. So, since I'm always looking for new songs/artists to obsess over, please feel free to let me know what else I should listen to! Of the list, which artist hadn't you heard of before? Who's your new favorite?
