1. Pink!!

Omg! She is fearless, creative, edgy, beautiful and has a set of pipes that don't quit even while propelling off the side of a building. If you saw this performance I don't need to tell you what a show stopper it was. Truly amazing on so many levels and one of the best best moments from the AMA 2017.

2. Kelly Clarkson

Remember her from American Idol: Skinny waisted young girl from Texas with a soulful powerful voice. Performing her medley on this year's award show you look at her and can say - Yes! She is a diva!! Standing there like Aretha Franklin with her effortlessly powerful voice. Wow! Congratulations girl.

3. Tribute to Whitney Houston

Christina Aguilera can sing no doubt. Certain notes sounded great but you are no Whitney Houston. Simply stated, "There is only one Whitney Houston." Listening to this just made us long for Whitney even more. We will always love and miss her.

4. Diana Ross

She is a legend of beauty, fashion, and grace and she carried on that legend as she performed and accepted the AMA Lifetime Achievement Award. At an awesome 73 years of age, her iconic crying voice still reached high notes and brought the audience to its feet. Then to top off her performance she brought her grandchildren up on the stage. While she was performing her grandson was behind her and he broke out in an adorable rendition of splits and breakdancing. Looks like there's another performer in the family. Diana then brought up her whole family on stage along with Smokey Robinson and Motown founder Berry Gordy which was so touching and heartfelt that she considers them family. A true Grandmama moment when she is handed the Lifetime Achievement Award but stops festivities to take her fanny pack which was being handed to her by her granddaughter. Now that's a loving grandmother. The whole Diana segment brings tears to your eyes.

5. Kelly Clarkson and Pink Duet

Their performance of "Everyone Hurts" was relevant, heartfelt and a bittersweet moment. With visuals behind them of some of the hardships and tragedies we've all had to endure as of lately from hurricanes to homelessness to so much more, this was a touching moment done with class. Nothing was spoken and there was no hidden agenda they just let their music, the expressions, their hearts speak...and it did. They proved that you attract more bees with honey than vinegar by just performing a beautiful duet. Nicely done ladies.
