By Vanessa

I think there is something so genuine about sibling music groups! I like the fact that brothers/sisters come together with a shared passion, and make beautiful music. It feels a lot more "real"! Check out the sibling music groups that are personal favorites of mine. They're all insanely talented! If you haven't heard the music of one of the acts, you should definitely check them out!

HAIM

I'm obsessed with these girls! HAIM is made up of three (super gorgeous) sisters. My personal favorite song of theirs at the moment is "The Wire." I loved when they performed it live on Saturday Night Live. I was super impressed. They have such great chemistry together on stage and always look like they're having such a blast! They're definitely one of my favorite sibling music groups. Kudos, HAIM!

2

Jonas Brothers

I mean, they HAD to make the list. The Jonas Brothers was one of the first bands that I fell in love with, back in the day! I really loved the direction that the boys were going in. Their last single, "First Time," was really catchy and fun. It's a shame that it didn't get much radio play. Actually, it's a bigger shame that the boys split up. I hope that individually, they all continue to make awesome music! You hear me, Nick?!

The Lylas

These singing sisters are so talented! Can you believe that The Lylas also have a famous singing brother? If you haven't figured it out already, their brother is Bruno Mars! I know, I was mind blown too. The girls have a reality show on Oxygen now, where you get to know them a bit more. Season one has already ended but you can catch up online! Fingers crossed for a new season!

Tegan & Sara

Once you hear this song, it's stuck in your head for such a long time! But hey, I can't complain. It's a great song, and the twin singers are amazing. I love how refreshing they are. They sort of remind me of The Veronicas. I don't know, but I love them!

5

Hanson

Do I even need to explain why Hanson makes the list?! They're incredible. I nearly cried tears of joy when I found this video of them singing an acoustic rendition of "MMMBop." It's still as catchy as it was back then! Zac, Isaac, and Taylor are just as cute as they were back in the original video!

Famous Quotes

If you have a harem of 40 women, you never get to know any of them very well.

Oasis

I can listen to Oasis all day. Their music never gets old. I mean, who still plays "Wonderwall"? I know I can't be the only one! Brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher were great together. They made an epic team.

7

Kings of Leon

Kings of Leon is made up brothers, Nathan, Caleb, and Jared Followill. They're also joined by their cousin, Matthew Followill. Musicianship obviously runs deep in the family! This band is all kinds of epic. They always just focus on putting out great music and I respect that so much.

There you have it! These sibling music groups are so insanely talented! Believe it or not, there are SO many more sibling music groups out there (Jackson 5 and 78Violet, for example). These just so happen to be my personal favorites. What are yours? Which ones should make the next list?
